Hampstead & Westminster's women won a superb bronze medal at the EuroHockey Club Trophy in Wettingen, Switzerland at the weekend.
The north London club - led by joint coaches Kate and Helen Richardson-Walsh, Olympic gold medalists in 2016 - qualified for the tournament after finishing runners-up in the Vitality Women's League Premier Division in 2021-22.
And they were grouped in Pool B with host club HC Rotweiss Wettingen, Germany's Mannheimer HC and Iris Hockey Lambersart, of France.
Only two minutes had been played in their opening game against Wettingen, when Grace Balsdon fired a drag flick into the bottom left corner from a penalty corner.
And it was 2-0 soon after as fellow Great Britain international and Olympic bronze medalist Sarah Robertson scored with a reverse-stick finish.
Balsdon netted a third on 23 minutes, with final-quarter goals from Lauren Hunt and Robertson sealing a memorable 5-0 victory.
Day two saw Hampstead face Mannheimer, who had a goal ruled out just before half-time as the scoreline remained blank.
And it stayed goalless until the 52nd minute when the German side converted from a corner, before adding another late on to seal a 2-0 win.
Hampstead bounced back to beat Lambersart in convincing fashion, thanks to a second-half goal blitz.
Another Robertson reverse-stick finish opened the scoring on eight minutes, with Anna O'Flanagan and Mel Wilkinson getting in on the act in the second quarter for a 3-0 half-time lead.
Anna struck twice more, either side of a Lucy Hyams effort, to complete a hat-trick early in the second half and Balsdon made it 7-0 from the penalty spot before netting again moments later.
Lauren Turner's superb deflection made it 9-0 at the final break, with Robertson finishing off a lovely move to take Hampstead into double figures.
Liv Hamilton and Hunt completed the dozen to secure second place and a bronze-medal play-off with Ukrainian side MSC Sumchanka on Monday.
And there was little between the two sides as they battled it out, until Hampstead claimed the only goal of the game on 46 minutes thanks to a penalty from Balsdon.
Holly Hunt told the club website: "The ladies have shown that they are a force to be reckoned with, not only in the English domestic league but also on the European stage too."
A club spokesperson added: "Hampstead & Westminster HC are incredibly proud of our ladies and the wonderful management team behind the players.
"The team and staff were incredibly grateful to all of the travelling fans and to everyone that watched the live stream back home. The support was fantastic and they had an incredible experience out in Wettingen. Bring on the 2023/24 season!!"
