Chalk Farm residents have voted in favour of the redevelopment of their estate in a ballot.
One Housing carried out a second ballot at Juniper Crescent in Camden – a joint venture scheme with Countryside Partnerships.
In total 116 votes were cast by Juniper Crescent residents with 73 saying yes (63 per cent) and 43 voting no.
The ballot was administered by Civica Election Services (CES) between November 14 and December 12.
Juniper Crescent and nearby estate Gilbey’s Yard were jointly balloted by One Housing in June 2020, in a bid to access funding from the Greater London Authority to demolish and redevelop both estates.
Residents voted ‘no’ in the ballot, but Juniper neighbours were reballoted.
One Housing became a subsidiary of the Riverside Group in 2021.
One resident who asked not to be named said: "It is a weak majority and there is a worry plans will be altered during planning phase."
Currently, there are 120 homes at Juniper Crescent, but the regeneration will deliver between 450 and 470 new homes.
Half these will be 'affordable' but One Housing did not say what the breakdown of these were in terms of social rent, London Living rent or 80pc of market share.

One Housing said current and new residents will enjoy double the green space, enhanced play areas, and "an improved safer environment" designed following advice from the Met's designing out crime team, when the project is complete.
The scheme will also include a community hub "to support community cohesion."
Robert Marcantoni, One Housing's group director of development, said he was "delighted" that the majority of residents voted yes.
"We would like to thank all the residents that have helped shape the regeneration proposals so far.
"They have put their trust in us, and we will continue to work with them to meet their aspirations for the future of their neighbourhood.
"We now have the opportunity to deliver new, high-quality, modern homes for existing residents as well as additional affordable homes which are so desperately needed in Camden.
"We look forward to working with residents, Camden Council, Countryside and the GLA.”
