At St Paul’s in Camden, we are fortunate to have a history of strong parental involvement. That involvement continues and evolves.
The community around our school provides fun and support for fundraising that brings it together, gives it a purpose, enriches learning and helps adult members get involved and make connections.
Miraculously, a school pulls people together so it can achieve what it needs for its children. Increasingly schools are a link to their communities and so need to provide more - not just for children - but for adults in the area.
Whether it is the Christmas fair, a random craft market, Scouts, a performing arts group, a food market, a quiz night or a Valentine’s disco, it all builds and strengthens the community around the school.
We want to help strengthen our communities so we might all ‘shine as lights in the world’ and take our active parts in it, but we also all need to work together to make it happen.
So, thanks to the school, staff, our parent community FOSPA, local scouting groups, Perform, St Mary’s Church, On the Hill Magazine and the Primrose Hill Food Market for making the spaces for our community to be. It is amazing what we achieve and provide together.
Be part of our community at our craft market on Saturday, December 7 from 10am to 2pm and Christmas fair on Friday, December 13, from 5pm to 8pm.
