Greggs is set to open a new bakery close to Regent’s Park.

The planning application is one of several submitted to Camden Council between October 21 and November 3 in the Ham and High readership area.

The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.

An extension is planned to the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead (2024/4642/P).

Under proposals submitted to the council at the end of last month, new operating theatres would be built on the second- and third-storey level of the building.

In Windmill Hill, a bigger home could be created by connecting a house with an existing basement flat (2024/4246/P).

Six flats in a property in Wadham Gardens, Primrose Hill, could be dramatically altered under one set of plans (2024/4450/P).

A new basement would be built under the existing building to create more rooms for the existing flats, and the north-west end of the property would be demolish and rebuilt.

Greggs is set to open a new store in Robert Street close to Regent’s Park and Euston station (2024/4177/P).

Plans to revamp the vacant shopfront previously occupied by Skyline Fresh Foods sandwich shop will now be considered by the council.

The former HSBC bank branch at 122 Finchley Road could be turned into a pharmacy (2024/4716/P).

Four Quarters, which received planning permission three years ago to build a six-storey assisted living block in Ingestre Road, Kentish Town, is seeking confirmation that work on the development has been lawfully started (2024/4681/P).

A concrete slab was poured at the site on August 16, two days before the planning permission would have expired.

In Priory Road, South Hampstead, there are plans to combine two flats to create a single house (2024/4726/P).

There are also plans to convert a vacant shop in Hemstal Road, West Hampstead, into a flat (2024/4616/P).

Other applications submitted to the council over the last two weeks include plans for home extensions or for works to trees.
