A woman has been found dead next to Alexandra Palace.
Police were called to reports of an unresponsive woman at Alexandra Palace Way on Monday (November 4) at 8.45am.
The body of a woman, in her 50s, was found and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Enquiries are underway to identify the woman and notify next of kin, the Metropolitan Police said.
A spokesperson added: “At this stage the death is being treated as unexpected and the circumstances will be investigated. There have been no arrests.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 8.48am on Monday 4 November to reports of an incident in Alexandra Palace Way, N22.
“We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer.
“The first of our crews arrived in three minutes.
“Our crews assisted our emergency services partners at the scene. Sadly, despite the best efforts of first responders, a woman died at the scene.”
