A Premier Inn-style hotel could soon be coming to offices above a McDonald's.
Plans to convert two office buildings in Kentish Town Road to make way for the development are among those to have been submitted to Camden Council between September 30 and October 6.
The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.
In Belsize Park, there are plans to build a rear extension to a property in Fitzjohn’s Avenue (2024/4150/P).
A garage in Asmara Road, Cricklewood, could soon be converted to extend an existing house (2024/4218/P).
Another extension is planned for a house in Lawn Road, Gospel Oak (2024/4210/P).
In Highgate, there are plans to demolish an existing house in Bacon’s Lane and to build a two-storey detached home on the site (2024/4297/P).
Office space on the upper ground floor level of Deane House in Kentish Town could soon be used by charity Working Men’s College if one application is approved (2024/2516/P).
A Premier Inn-style 74 bedroom hotel is set to be created above the McDonald's in nearby Kentish Town Road (2024/4116/P).
Under current plans, office space on the upper floors of two adjacent buildings in the road would be converted into rooms, with retail space maintained on the lower floors.
One listed house in Fitzroy Road, Primrose Hill, could soon be altered with a single-storey extension into its courtyard (2024/3836/P and 2024/4296/L).
