For £15,000 a week you could soon be living like Boy George in Hampstead.

Originally known as ‘The Logs’, the Grade II-listed gothic mansion was bought by the singer, known for hits including Karma Chameleon, some 40 years ago.

Two years ago, the house, which can be found at the corner of Well Road and East Heath Road, was put on the market for £17 million – but it is now available to rent instead.

The 19th century home has been listed by agent Robert Irving Burns for £15,000 a week, and promises “exceptional modern comfort and style”.

Over the years, the original mansion has been split into several properties, and has been called home by the likes of comedian Marty Feldman and musician Sam Smith.

First constructed around 1868 by JS Nightingale and Charles Till for Edward Gotto, the villa is famed for its unique combination of Gothic and Italianate architectural styles.

Covering over 5,400 sq ft, the house, which boasts a triple-height central hall, recently underwent a three-year refurbishment.

The mansion also comes with private gardens and off-street parking, as well as a meditation room.

There are five bedrooms in total, and the property can be rented out either furnished or unfurnished.
