A seven-storey boutique hotel with 59 rooms could be built in Finchley Road.
The plans are one of several applications submitted to Camden Council between September 3 and September 8 in the Ham and High readership area.
The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.
At 9-12 New College Parade, Finchley Road, there are plans to build a seven-storey boutique hotel (2024/3454/P).
The new hotel would have 59 rooms, and retain the Edwardian Baroque façade of the two-storey block of shops currently at the site.
Restaurant-use would be retained at the ground floor level of the new building, while three new homes would be created on the first floor.
In Glenilla Road, Belsize Park, a rear extension is planned for an existing house (2024/3454/P).
An enlarged four bedroom flat could be created above a shop in Camden High Street, if plans for roof and rear extensions to the existing building are approved (2024/3524/P).
Another extension is planned for a flat in Savernake Road, Gospel Oak (2024/3709/P).
Office space on the lower three floors of a five-storey building in Arlington Road, Camden Town, could be turned into a home (2024/3405/P).
The applicant is seeking permission to combine this space with an existing two bedroom flat on the top two floors of the building.
In West Hampstead Mews, a rear extension has also been proposed for an existing property (2024/3707/P).
Nearby, another extension could be added to a house in Minton Mews (2024/2453/P).
