Fans of restaurateur and cook Yotam Ottolenghi queued up to get their signed copies of his latest book.
The food guru was at his restaurant and deli in Rosslyn Hill Hampstead on Thursday (September 5th) to celebrate COMFORT hitting the shelves.
Members of the public had the chance to enjoy dishes from the book, which he has co-written with three fellow 'hungries' to share their favourite comfort foods from around the world.
At the signing, food lovers tried some of the new recipes including Hawaij-roasted cauliflower with gribiche sauce, and roasted beets with tarragon and walnut tarator.
Sweet lovers were not disappointed with the delicious caramelised white chocolate and macadamia cookie.
Yotam, who lives near Regent's Park, said: "I am so excited to finally be able to share our latest recipes and it is always special seeing people enjoy them for the first time at our Hampstead deli.
"Our latest book COMFORT revolves around the food we enjoy at home with our families, tapping into those familiar memories that so often come out when enjoying home inspired dishes.
"Each recipe created comes from that feeling of nostalgia, be it a memory of, or that feeling of longing for home. Every time I come to the deli in Hampstead I love hearing people's stories of their home cooking so I'm looking forward to the tales that can be told from the recipes in this new book."
Ottolenghi COMFORT by Yotam Ottolenghi, Helen Goh, Verena Lochmuller and Tara Wigley is published by Ebury Press, £30.
