Under current plans, a storage area would be converted into living space, with an extra floor added to create two bedrooms.

The O2 Centre in Finchley Road is set to have 320 of its car park spaces axed as part of a large redevelopment (2024/3534/P).
They will be removed to make way for 600 new homes, with the remaining 200 spaces continuing to serve the shopping centre.
