Three more floors could be added to a four-storey builders depot in West Hampstead.

It is one of various planning applications submitted to Camden Council between August 18 and August 25 in the Ham and High readership area.

The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.

Among plans, West Heath Lawn Tennis Club in Hampstead has asked for permission to knock down and replace its current pavilion (2024/3399/P).

In South Hill Park, there are plans to combine the first floor of two flats in the street to create a single home (2024/3482/P).

Similar plans have been submitted in Belsize Park, where an applicant has asked to convert one three-bedroom home and one single bedroom flat into one house (2024/3515/P).

In Lovebridge Mews, West Hampstead, one house could soon have a new roof terrace, if planning permission is granted (2024/3538/P).

Extensions to homes are also planned in Twisden Road (2024/3469/P) and Brookfield Park (2024/3395/P) in Dartmouth Park, as well as in Heath Street (2024/3461/P) and England's Lane (2024/3509/P) in Hampstead.

Three existing flats could be combined to create one studio flat and one four-bedroom flat in Dartmouth Park Road (2024/3231/P).

In Cricklewood, one applicant has asked to convert an existing basement so it can be used as “habitable residential space” (2024/3465/P).

Camden Community Law Centre in Prince of Wales Road, Kentish Town, could also be used as artist studios for 14 months, starting in November this year (2024/3086/P).

In West Hampstead, Builders Depot has asked to add three extra storeys to a four-storey building in Blackburn Road (2024/1145/P).

The development would allow the builders merchant to establish its head office at the site.
