A man has been arrested after Israeli hostage posters were seen being torn down.
Marx de Morais captured footage on August 4 of torn down posters calling for the release of Israeli hostages after the Hamas terror attack on October 7, 2023.
Israel’s offensive in Gaza since then has killed nearly 40,000 people.
Marx de Morais, a member of the Camden Conservative group, posted footage on X showing the tattered posters, as well as crowds and police.
Absolutely shocking! Hampstead is united against the tearing down of posters demanding the release of Jewish hostages held by the Islamic terrorists in Palestine. What has Britain come to, where we tolerate the vile actions of antisemitic Hamas supporters. pic.twitter.com/oRww1c4yZd
