A former toy shop in Gospel Oak could soon be turned into new flats.

It is one of many applications to have been submitted to Camden Council between July 30 and August 4 in the Ham & High readership area.

The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.

In Dartmouth Park Road, there are plans to amalgamate a maisonette and a garden flat to make a single home (2024/1625/P).

Spring Walk, the path that links Fitzjohn’s Avenue and Shepherds Walk in Hampstead, could be demolished and rebuilt (2024/3203/P).

In Gospel Oak, there are plans to convert a former toy shop in Mansfield Road into flats (2024/3001/P).

Under current proposals, there would be two one-bedroom flats in the building, each occupying one floor.

Extensions are planned for properties in and around Kentish Town, including in Laurier Road (2024/3082/P), Patshull Road (2024/3206/P), Montpelier Grove (2024/3181/P) and Kentish Town Road (2024/3097/P).

In Hampstead, extensions are planed for properties in Oakhill Avenue (2024/3094/P), Tanza Road (2024/3170/P) and Messina Avenue (2024/3180/P).

A final extension is planned for a property in Richborough Road, Cricklewood (2024/2028/P).

One homeowner in Burgess Hill, Hampstead, has asked for permission to build a basement under an existing house (2024/3069/P).

An outbuilding is also planned for a flat in Buckland Crescent in Swiss Cottage (2024/2328/P).
