An upmarket Thai restaurant chain has opened its latest branch in a "vibrant" north London neighbourhood.
Giggling Squid launched its new restaurant in Muswell Hill, which the firm describes as a "vibrant" area with "unique charm", on Tuesday, July 2.
The restaurant, in Muswell Hill Road, can sit 100 diners indoors and another 40 in its outdoor seating area.
Known for Thai tapas lunch sets starting from £12.95, the menu also includes vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Main dishes include sticky chicken and the popular red duck curry.
An extensive cocktail menu is also available, offering options like the pattaya Martini or the alcohol-free lychee angel.
Giggling Squid says its new restaurant has created 30 jobs in Muswell Hill.
Andy Laurillard, the co-founder of Giggling Squid, said: "We are absolutely delighted to bring the vibrant flavours of Thailand to Muswell Hill.
"Our mission has always been to create a dining experience that is both authentic and accessible, and we believe that the welcoming atmosphere and rich culinary heritage of Muswell Hill perfectly align with our values."
The restaurant's opening hours are Monday to Sunday, between 12pm and 10pm.
A takeaway menu will be available for click and collect or telephone orders a few weeks after opening.
