Boxpark will be taking over a market in Camden to "reinvigorate" it.
The pop-up operator, which offers food stalls, events space and a bar, currently has three London venues in Wembley, Shoreditch and Croydon.
But it is now set to be taking over the Buck Street Market shipping container food and retail complex in Camden.
Boxpark agreed a long-term deal with Places for London, Transport for London’s property company – which bought the 12,000 sq ft site in October 2023.
As part of the takeover, the complex will undergo a significant refurbishment, subject to planning permission from Camden Council.
Currently the market hosts 23 retail and 23 food units, and Boxpark intends to refresh the site before a further significant investment in the coming year.
It said it will be supporting more than 40 independent food operators and retailers, and introduce a familiar space seen in other branches.
After first establishing itself in Shoreditch in 2011, Boxpark opened its first venue outside of London at its Liverpool site last month.
Camden will therefore make its fifth venue.
Simon Champion, chief executive of Boxpark, said: “It’s an exciting challenge for Boxpark to reinvigorate an iconic destination like Buck Street Market.
“It’s no secret we have a love of locations beaming with culture and community, and Camden is no different.
"This restoration will allow us to continue this in one of the most significant takeovers London will see this year.”
