A Belsize Park vicarage could be demolished and replaced by new homes, if plans are approved.

It is one of the applications submitted to Camden Council between May 20 and May 27 in the Ham & High readership area.

The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.

In Belsize Park, there are plans to build a first floor rear extension in Glenilla Road (2024/1994/P).

There are also plans to demolish St Peter’s Vicarage in Belsize Square, and replace it with three houses and an adjoining flat (2024/2012/P).

In Camden Town, there are plans to convert vacant office space in Underhill Street into a two-bedroom flat (2024/1314/P).

In Cricklewood, one applicant has asked for permission to convert an existing two-storey semi-detached home in Ebbsfleet Road into a 10-bedroom HMO (2024/1167/P).

Over in Sarre Road, there are plans to merge two existing flats to create a single home (2024/1412/P).

In Parliament Hill, Hampstead, one householder has asked to excavate a basement swimming pool (2024/0452/P).

A new greenhouse, gazebo and sauna room could also be built in the rear garden of a home in Rosslyn Hill (2024/1930/P).

Aspire Dental Clinic in Fortess Road, Kentish Town, has asked to build a rear extension to increase the number of treatment rooms (2023/5431/P).

A former plumber’s supply shop in Prince of Wales Road could soon be converted into a one bedroom flat (2024/1865/P).
