A woman is in a critical condition after she was “hit by a BMW” close to King’s Cross station.
Police have said that the crash took place yesterday at around 3pm (May 16) as the woman, who is in her 30s, crossed Pentonville Road at the junction with King’s Cross Road.
Emergency services attended the scene, and the woman was rushed to hospital.
A police spokesperson has confirmed that she remains in a critical condition.
The driver of the BMW stopped at the scene. They have not been arrested and are assisting police with their enquiries.
Police continue to try to trace the woman’s next of kin.
A police cordon was put in place in Pentonville Road following the crash, but has since been lifted.
