A new block of flats could be built next to a park near Camden Town if planners give it the green light.
It is among applications submitted to Camden Council between April 19 and April 26 in the Ham & High readership area.
The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.

Nearby, there are plans to combine two existing flats in Rochester Road to create a single home (2024/0959/P).
Similar works are planned for two flats in Belsize Park Gardens (2024/0994/P). Two lower ground floor flats could be amalgamated into a single flat.
