A teenager has been charged with the murder of 55-year-old man who was stabbed to death in a park.
Mark Carroll died in hospital on Thursday (April 11) after emergency services found him collapsed in St Martin’s Gardens, Camden, the previous day.
A post mortem conducted on Friday (April 12) concluded that he died of a stab wound.
Rasheed Rahman, 19, of Dunmow Close, Chadwell Heath, was arrested on April 11.
Today (April 13) he has been charged with murder, possession of a bladed article, robbery and two counts of threatening someone with a bladed article.
He is due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on Monday (April 15).
