Two women were left “extremely shaken” after a man “performed a sex act” in front of them before dragging one of them to the ground.
An e-fit of a man police would like to identify after the incident near Westbourne Park Tube station has now been released.
The two women were walking home from the station on October 19 last year when they noticed a man in front of them in Tavistock Crescent “performing a sex act”.
The man allegedly then began to follow the women, grabbing one of them and pulling her to the ground in St Ervans Road.
Police have said that the suspect then fled the scene.
Detective Constable Anne-Marie Wright, who is leading the investigation, said: “Thankfully neither woman was seriously injured but the incident obviously left them extremely shaken.
“We are issuing this e-fit in the hope someone will recognise this man. If you can help, please get in contact immediately.”
