Plans to build a new home with reclaimed bricks at the end of an existing terrace are among applications facing planners.
The applications have all been submitted to Camden Council between September 25 and October 1 in the Ham & High readership area.
The council is currently reviewing each application and has yet to make a decision on any of them.
In West Hampstead there are plans to build a single storey ground floor rear extension in Agamemnon Road (2023/3033/P).
Over in Gospel Oak, an application has been submitted to build a three-storey house at the end of an existing terrace in Barrington Court (2023/3592/P).
The proposal is for a self-built family home to be constructed with reclaimed red brick, wood cladding and a green roof.
The design includes three outdoor areas – an entrance garden, a private south facing courtyard and a north facing terrace.
In Hampstead Town there are plans to build a single-storey rear extension to replace an existing conservatory (2023/3897/P).
The plans also ask to build a new external spiral staircase and replace an existing shed.
A large number of applications have also been submitted to Camden Council relating to work to fell or cut back trees.
