A driver has fled the scene of a crash that caused an oil spill in the early hours of the morning.
Police were called to Church Lane, Hornsey, at around 2.15am today (August 21) following the crash.
A police spokesperson said nobody was hurt and only damage to vehicles was caused, but that the driver fled the scene.
Church Lane near Tottenham Lane and Hornsey station is still closed due to oil and debris in the street.
The blocked road has forced bus route 41 to be diverted.
