A two-year-old child has been rushed to hospital after a crash involving an e-scooter.
Police were called to Camden Road just after 10.30am this morning (August 20) following reports of a crash between an e-scooter and a pedestrian.
A child, believed to be two years old, was rushed to hospital by the London Ambulance Service (LAS).
A police spokesperson said that officers await an update on the child’s condition, but that their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
They added that the e-scooter rider stopped at the scene of the crash.
Camden Road has been closed off between Camden High Street and Bayham Street while police carry out their investigation.
This has caused the diversion of bus routes 29, 253 and 274.
Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call police via 101 quoting reference CAD 2814/20August.
