A north London brewery has launched a limited-edition Arsenal-inspired beer.
Camden Town Brewery created its new ‘North London is Red Lager’ after renewing its partnership with the north London Premier League club.
Five lucky customers purchasing the beer through the brewery’s website will win a pair of tickets to Arsenal’s kick-off match next season.
The brewery described its new lager as a “malty, hoppy and crisp” twist on its classic ‘Hells’ brand, claiming that the new beer will have a red hue and fruity flavours.
Holly Gibson, of Camden Town Brewery, said: “We have loved working with Arsenal over the past four years and we are really proud of what we have achieved so far.
“We’ve saved millions of cups from landfill by introducing a reusable cup scheme (the first of its kind in the Premier League), we teamed up with David Seaman to serve fresh pints, we brewed a double strength Camden Hells Lager to celebrate 50 years since Arsenal’s double, we supported Arsenal in achieving the record number of ticket sales and attendees to the WSL, and so much more.
“Cheers to the Gunners and roll on next season.”
The lager comes in 440ml cans, costing £6 for two cans via the brewery’s online shop at camdentownbrewery.com.
