A man is in hospital with head injuries following a suspected shooting in Kentish Town.
Police say they were called to Lady Margaret Road, linking Kentish Town with Tufnell Park, at around 3pm on Wednesday (May 24) after a man attended a north London hospital with an injury to his head.
His condition is not being treated as life-threatening.
A Met spokesperson said: "At this time it is suspected the victim may have been shot.
"A crime scene is in place in Lady Margaret Road and enquiries are ongoing.
"There have been no arrests at this early stage."
London Ambulance Service has been contacted to ascertain if paramedics were called.
