A popular north London café announced "with a heavy heart" that it has been forced to close.
Customers reacted with sadness on social media as Hedgehog, in Muswell Hill Broadway, revealed that it has ceased trading.
A notice on the door reads: "Thank you for supporting us in this 7 years of our business and being part of our journey through good times and bad times we have been forced to make this decision with a heavy heart and close down the shop.
"We will miss you all."
People took to social media expressing their sadness, with many citing too many cafes in the area and high rents.

On Twitter @Muswellhillnews tweeted: "This is the 3rd shop to close this month.... Orèe,Yue, Hedgehog. There are so many empty shop units now."
Alan Crawford @RibaArchitect tweeted on Wednesday (May 17): "I was there on Sunday and all seemed fine.
"I guess the high costs of rental and competition from the 4 chains close by impact the profitability."
On Facebook people also reacted with sorrow.
Muswell Hill Primary School Parents & Staff Association said: "So sorry to see you go! A place run by lovely caring people. You will be missed! Wishing you all the best going forward!"
The Ham&High was unable to reach Hedgehog's owners.
