A crash between a bus and a car has caused severe delays across north London.
The A406 North Circular was shut off early this morning after a crash at Edge Hill Avenue off the A406 North Circular Road in Finchley today (May 4).
Police were called at around 7.30am to help with the road closure and later reopening the road.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: "There were no reports of any injuries and there were no arrests."
Two lanes were blocked, with queueing traffic for three miles eastbound at Henly's Corner.
There was also congestion to Neasden, back past Brent Cross and cars lining up on the A1 from Fiveways Corner in Hendon.
Traffic cameras showed cars moving slowly down the M1 and A41, between Hendon and Finchley Central.
Queues were also seen through Temple Fortune, and back past East Finchley High Road.
Just days before, there was another bus and car crash in north London close to Staples Corner last Saturday (April 29).
Emergency services were called to the junction of Coles Green Road and Crest Road in Cricklewood.
According to police, four people suffered minor injuries.
