A serving Met officer has pleaded not guilty to 'outraging public decency' on Hampstead Heath.
Detective Constable Dariusz Alexander, 48, appeared at Thames Magistrates' today (April 20).
The officer has been suspended from duty at the Met Operations Command, after being charged via postal charge requisition.
The charge relates to an alleged off-duty incident on Hampstead Heath.
He has been bailed to appear at Stratford Magistrates' Court on June 22.
The Met’s Directorate of Professional Standards is aware.
A referral has been made to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
