A serving Metropolitan Police officer has been charged with "outraging public decency" while off duty on Hampstead Heath.
Detective Constable Dariusz Alexander, 48, attached to the Met Operations Command, was charged via postal charge requisition.
He is due to appear at Thames Magistrates' Court today (April 20).

The charge relates to an off-duty incident on Hampstead Heath, Scotland Yard said.
"The Met’s Directorate of Professional Standards is aware and the officer has been suspended from duty," a spokesperson added.
A referral has been made to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
