A man followed a woman down a path and masturbated in front of her last month, police have said.
Officers are appealing for information following the sexual offence near Alexandra Palace Station on February 8. The incident happened at around 7.50pm.
The suspect is thought to be a white man with no facial hair who is between 5ft10ins and 6ft tall.
He was described as wearing a black jacket which covered half his face.
Police urged anyone with information about the incident to call 101, quoting reference 7609/10FEB23.
