An employment tribunal has ordered the Royal Free Hospital to pay out £50,000 following a hearing last month.
A claim was brought by Miss P Omisore and heard at London Central Employment Tribunal on October 13.
The judgement of the tribunal was that Miss Omisore was entitled to a basic award for unfair dismissal of £1,337.92.

It further awarded £48,628.82 in compensation under the Equality Act.
The figure was based on loss of earnings, as well as including £26,527.50 for injury to feelings.
A Royal Free London spokesperson said: “We accept the findings of the tribunal judgement in full and apologise to Miss Omisore for the issues she experienced while employed by the Royal Free London.”
The awards included a 25% uplift for failure to comply with the ACAS Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance procedures.
