Primrose Hill has seen many famous faces come and go through the years, from historic figures such as WB Yeats and Friedrich Engels to modern stars like Noel Gallagher and Jude Law.
This week, author India Knight is leaving the famous village for the countryside and may find herself passing supermodel Kate Moss on her way out.
Over the weekend, Ms Knight announced she was departing to Suffolk in her Sunday Times column, while the tabloids reported that newly-single Ms Moss was looking to sell her marital home in Highgate and re-locate to Primrose Hill, having split with hubby Jamie Hince.
Heathman has heard rumours that Ms Knight is walking away with a cool £6.5million from the sale of her house in Chalcot Square, an enclave inhabited in the past by the likes of Ed Miliband and Sylvia Plath.
