Hundreds of commuters had to be evacuated from King’s Cross St Pancras underground station this morning.
The station was emptied at the height of the rush hour.
It was evacuated at 8.45am and closed for 15 minutes before re-opening at 9am.
A spokesman from Transport for London (TfL) said it was caused by a faulty fire alarm, that there was no fire and nobody was injured.
