JOHNSTON William Raymond (Ray) Passed away on the 19th January 2013 at The Royal Free Hospital aged 67. Sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral to be held at Golders Green Crematorium on Monday 4th February 2013 at 1.00pm. Family flowers only but donations if desired to the Limbless Association c/o J.H Kenyon Funeral Directors, 9 Pond Street, London NW3 2PNYour tribute has been received.
