MARY CAROLINE TYLER Mental health worker, Labour campaigner and Bletchley Park code-breaker died peacefully at home on 30th September aged 95. Her four children invite friends to attend a Memorial Service to be held at Golders Green Unitarian church, Hoop Lane, 11.00am Sunday 27th November.
