Philip James Not. Passed away after a short illness on Wednesday October 18, 2017. Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 8 from 6.00pm at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Quex Road, London NW6 4PS. Funeral services for Philip will be held at Sacred Heart Church on Thursday November 9 at 12.15pm. Philip will be laid to rest at Hampstead Cemetery, Fortune Green Road, West Hampstead, London NW6 1DR. In lieu of flowers or cards, memorial donations may be made in Philips name to the Marie Curie Hospice, 11 Lyndhurst Gardens, Hampstead, London NW3 5NS or via http://philip-not.muchloved.com
