The Bishops Avenue, often known as Billionaires' Row, has had road restrictions put in place to facilitate the demolition of a home to make way for a new build.
The road, on the boundary of Barnet and Haringey, is known for its billion-pound homes and has had road restrictions imposed by Barnet Council.
Temporary waiting and loading restrictions at Bishops Avenue and nearby Canons Close have been introduced under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, affecting north London motorists.
The order began on Thursday (November 16) and is expected to last for six months.
This was owing to the need to facilitate the demolition of an existing residential building and the construction of a new residential building, the order's terms stated.
